Refund & Cancellation Policy
Your order may be issued Full / Partial refund of the ordered amount at the decision of the website management. To request a refund within 2 days of the receipt of service/products subject to the following conditions.
1. Refund / Replacement request if any should be made within 1 day from the date of receipt of the service/products only if the service / products are unused. We are customer friendly company and 100% Refund / Partial of the order value will be released to the customer in case customer finds product in damage / tempered condition also if the customer is not satisfied with the product quality.
2. The original packing of the service / products should not be opened.
3. The service / products should be returned and reached to us, at your costs, within one month from the date you receive them.
4. You can request for a full refund / replacement of the service / products if it has a production or manufacturing defect such as incorrect printing or damaged paper (if already not informed) or if you have received an wrong product.
5. Such refunds / replacements should be brought to our attention within 5 business days from the date of receipt of the service / products.
6. 100% refund / partial of the order value shall be given to the customers in case they cancel the order before they get dispatch intimation from the company. Refund shall be given within 10 days of the intimation for cancelling the order.
7. Refunds will be paid by our company.
